Help with Selecting and Purchasing Laptop

I'm looking for a laptop to use for work as I am On-Call 24 hours a day and it would be nice if I could just log in from wherever I am instead of attempting to describe things over the phone. I'm looking for a laptop that is not too heavy.

Could I get some help on this one?

Hi,

Choosing a laptop is a breeze as long as you know what you want.

Since you are vying for a laptop that is not too heavy, I would be suggesting some of the lightest laptops.

Here's some of them:

1. Sony Vaio

2. MacBook Air

3. Asus Eee PC

4. Toshiba Protege

5. Avaratec

6. Lenovo ThinkPad Edge

7. Samsung Series

8. Dell Vostro

Yes, these are really light laptops/notebooks, but do weigh the features first. There are sites such as CNET, and some other blogs that will allow you to compare and determine the best laptop for you.

I suggest that you evaluate the pros and cons of these notebooks first against your requirements. The final decision will always be yours.
