I am curious about the apple tv projects. I wonder how high would be the competition with other companies.

I am looking for a comparison about the apple tv projects with others and a chart of the other strong competitors.

Can anyone provide it?

Hi Jack,

The main competitors of Apple Tv are Roku, Pop Box and LG.

One of the major strengths of Apple Tv  is supports HD video formats.

But, it does not support some general video formats like- AVI.

Hi Jack,

As of now one of the strongest competitor of AppleTV is GoogleTV.

Google announced and offer their own TV service after Apple started sending their new AppleTV .

There are differences on both products like their Operating System.

AppleTV is IOS and GoogleTV is Android.  GoogleTV has web browser while AppleTV  has  not.

GoogleTV also have many video content than the AppleTV, that's why for me GoogleTV is cool than AppleTV.
