Hi, try to reinstall Adobe Flash Player. But better to use HTML player because web designer’s taking advantage of HTML new methodologies and features. You can get turn on HTML player in the browser by requesting the HTML player.

Try turn off GPU hardware acceleration. I’m giving steps to turn off GPU acceleration.

Step 1: open internet options

Step 2: Go to Advanced tab

Step 3: Check the box enabled or not Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering under Accelerated graphics menu.

The Microsoft Surface RT tablet was announced to the public on October 2012 and released on November 2012 measuring 274.6 x 172 x 9.4 millimeters and weighing 680.4 grams. It was originally launched as “Surface with Windows RT” and then later marketed as “Surface RT.” It has a built-in kickstand but it doesn’t use SIM card.

Microsoft Surface RT

It has TFT capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors at 1366 x 768 pixels screen resolution. It supports multi-touch up to five fingers featuring ClearType HD display. It runs on Microsoft Windows RT powered by NVIDIA Tegra 3 T30 chipset, 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Cortex-A9 processor, and ULP GeForce GPU. It supports microSD expandable up to 64 GB.

It runs on 2 GB RAM with internal storage available in 32 GB and 64 GB capacities. The primary camera supports 1.2 megapixels featuring geo-tagging. It supports 720p video recording. The secondary camera supports 1.2 megapixels and supports 720p video recording at 30 fps.

It has 3.5-millimeter jack featuring active noise cancellation with dedicated mic, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with dual-band and Wi-Fi Direct support, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP support, and USB 2.0 with USB Host support. It doesn’t have GPS and FM radio. It has built-in accelerometer, gyro, and compass sensors. The pre-installed web browser supports HTML5. Java is not supported.

It runs on non-removable 31.5 Wh Li-Ion battery with standby time up to 360 hours and talk time up to 8 hours. It is available in dark titanium color. If you say watching videos on YouTube keeps buffering, I guess you should check your internet connection. I experience extreme buffering, most of the time, when the connection is slow.

Since your tablet connects to the internet via Wi-Fi, make sure you are not too far from your router. Since buffering is often caused by slow connection, try restarting your router. Turn off your router then unplug it from the power for about 10 to 20 seconds. After this, plug it back to the power and turn it on. See if the connection improves.
