I used to run Lotus Notes Release 4.6 (Intl) in my office’s desktop. For a few weeks of leaving my office, I’ve tried to open my email but I can’t access it anymore. Do you think I can still forward incoming emails using a new email address at different email sites? Please help me as the emails are important for me and for our company.

Using Corporate Address Book go to person document and click on Edit Person Document and Edit the document (If there is an error occur and you can not to have access rights to do this, report to administrator or service provider to do it). There is a field available that we can fill in for a Forwarding Address as we need of our requirements. We can put in any internet email address and mail will automatically be sent to that address which we add. Make sure that when we get back to the office, if we take this address out, as we will not receive mail in both places.

Gmail is used on vast scale in the worlds and Gmail also gives us automatically forward incoming mail to another address as we Lile.

Click on the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab there we see.

There we can do this from the first drop-down menu in the "Forwarding" section, select and 'Add new email address' Here we can add our other email address where we want to received.

Here We enter the email address to which you did like your messages forwarded.

For your security, we'll send a verification to that email address.

Click the verification link in that email.

Back in your Gmail account, select the 'Forward a copy of incoming mail to…' option and select your forwarding address from the drop-down menu.

Select the action we did like our messages to take from the drop-down menu. We can choose to keep Gmail's copy of the message in our inbox, or we can send it automatically to All Mail or Trash.

Now click on Save Changes.

We can also set up to forward messages that meet specific criteria. We can create 20 filters that forward to other addresses. We can maximize our filtered forwarding by combining filters that send to the same address.
