I am having problems in the Symantec server I am using. It’s constantly troubling me and is related to a communication issue I think. People please help me with this bitlocker management server error.

It seems you are working on Altiris and as you guessed correctly, this problem has been attributed to some communication issue between Altiris and the database in the management server which causes the error.
Refreshing the Altiris page or trying to log again in the web applicant of Altiris might solve it. A system restart can also fix this error but that maybe a temporary solution
