This problem mainly arises because of your display settings. To solve this-

  1. Right click on your desktop
  2. Go to screen resolution option
  3. Select the make text larger or smaller option
  4. Drag the toggle to utmost left and make the text smallest
  5. Restart your pc and the error will be solved

This will definitely fix the error.

You receive an error related to Microsoft DirectX, most of the time, because of compatibility. Microsoft DirectX is a built-in component of Microsoft Windows and it cannot be uninstalled or reinstalled though it can be updated to the latest version supported by your operating system. But basically, if you want to upgrade Microsoft DirectX or install the latest version, you need to upgrade your operating system.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

Before installing the game “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare”, make sure your computer meets the requirements. The game supports Windows 7 and Windows 8.x all 64-bit. Microsoft Windows 10 is not officially supported.

It requires 2.93 GHz or faster Intel Core i3-530 or equivalent 2.60 GHz AMD Phenom II X4 810 processor, 6 GB RAM, Microsoft DirectX 11-compatible video card with 1 GB video RAM (NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450, ATI Radeon HD 5870, or better), 55 GB free space, sound card, and broadband internet connection.

If you want to know how to upgrade Microsoft DirectX, visit How to Install the Latest DirectX. The game “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” is a first-person shooter game developed by Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software published by Activision released on November 3, 2014.
