Hello there,

I have this error with this software which was recommended by a friend of mine. I want to find out if there is a problem with my laptop. It seems it is and none of us can fix this and I think we are good to PCs but we are stuck with this error. Please experts help us to fix this and maybe you can tell what and why this error appeared.

Thanks!

I thought the error just appeared out of nowhere. If that’s the case then you should check if the application you installed is compatible with your operating system. Most of the time, this issue is associated to the operating systems supported by the program. If this is the first time you used the application and the first time you see the error, restart your computer and try again.

See if there is a change. If the same, uninstall it then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and click Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and click OK. Check “Temporary files” and click OK. Click Delete Files and wait until it is finished then restart your computer. Install the program again and see if it works. If nothing has changed, try running it as administrator.

Right-click on the application’s icon on your desktop and select Properties. Select Compatibility tab then check “Run this program as an administrator” under Privilege Level section at the bottom and click OK. Start the program again and see if it works. If nothing worked, visit the program’s homepage and check for new version. Before downloading, make sure it supports your operating system.
