Hello everyone, My Outlook is not responding to the items I am searching. Whenever I search for some content, Outlook 2007 indexing stuck. Kindly help me to solve this problem.
1. Close down the Outlook.
2. Click start menu and type Indexing options.
3. Choose Indexing Options.
4. If you are prompted for administrator id and password, then enter it.
5. Select Advanced under Indexing Options.
6. Choose File types.
7. Search the msg in the Extension column and click it.
8. Enable the Index Properties and File Contents.
9. Hit OK.
10. Close the window.
