It is a common error; there is a software through which you can delete them. The software is called unlocking, you can get it from filehippo.com Download it and install it.
Now let me show you how it works.
When the software is installed, then right click on any file/folder you want to delete there will be an option of Unlocker.
Click on Unlocker and select delete from the drop down menu and then click ok. The seed of the problem is solved!
Good Luck!

Greetings,
Rest assured, this type of problem is just a minor error. The main cause of this problem is tools such as antivirus software. Most people will just reboot the computer in order to fix the problem. Sometimes it's fixed and sometimes the problems stay.
Now what you can do to fix the problem? Easy, just use this program: handle.exe. This tool can't fix the problem 100% of the time. The tool doesn't always lead you to a direct solution. Instead, it can tell you what is the cause of the problem.
Enjoy!
