Facing Windows Genuine Error Fix Problem

Following are the steps to fix the problem –

1. Go to the start menu
2. Right-click on the command prompt and select option for Run as Administrator
3. Open the command prompt, write ‘SLMGE –REARM’ and press ‘Enter.’
4. It will ask to restart your computer.
5. Restart the computer; there will be no error now.

If the above steps do not solve your problem:

1. Go to the Start menu.
2. In the start menu, select ‘Windows Update.’
3. Click on the option of ‘Installed Updates,’ and it will then show a list of the available updates.
4. Search for ‘KB971033’ update.
5. Uninstall it and restart your computer, the problem will not occur again.
