Hi experts,

I am having problem with my login details using Outlook Express. I know I enter the correct login details but when I enter these details after some time, the following error message appears. I will be really grateful to you if you may give me any solution to resolve this problem.

Error Message: The server has rejected your login. Please verify that your user name and password are correct.

This is the common problem for some Outlook Express users. To solve this problem, you need to make sure that you type the exact and the same username and password you register before. Please be careful for the using Caps lock key or upper case letters in your username and password. Then you need to enable the "Secure Password Authentication (SPA)" on your Outlook Express. Follow these steps to do this:

Step 1: Goto to Tools > Accounts > Properties

Step 2: Choose your account to configure then hit "Properties".

Step 3: Click the "Server"

Step 4: Choose "Enable" for the "Logon Using Secure Password Authentication option"

When the SPA is now enabling try to login again and see the result.
