I was watching a movie on Netflix but when I tried to continue it, the Error Code H7353 was displayed and after that, it is streaming only.

This error appears when the user is using Windows 8, 8.1 or 10.
The only resolution to the problem is to update the Windows. You can either update the Windows automatically or install update rollup 2919394 manually. You can easily find this update on the internet. Install the update and run the movie again. The error will not appear again.
