I've been trying to connect my iPad to exchange server but it doesn't seem to work. I tried turning the SSL on and off but either way it didn't allow me to connect. The last time it worked was a few days ago. I deleted and recreated the account and it's no use. Any tips please?
Exchange server email account not working
The most general mistake done while connecting devices with Exchange server is giving a wrong Exchange name leading to a failure in Active sync configuration. Talk to your network admin, if something has been changed recently.
Confirm the following
(a) Change of Exchange Name
(b) Change in access policies with respect to accessing from outside networks.
(c) Try clearing the domain name. Any one of the above queries should help you move ahead with accessing Exchange server.
