Exception EString List Error dons le module SUMo.exe dons 00022A02

It happens even when the Debug Mode is ON or OFF. The same happens when I toggled the mode.

Then the following pop-up appears as I close the settings dialogue by clicking the OK key.

 

The error message says,

Error d’ application 

Exception EString List Error dons le module SUMo.exe dons 00022A02.

Indices de list hors limits (-1).

Do you know how to prevent this? Please help.

Hi John,

It seems that the application Software Update Manager can only afford to manage a fixed number of software's. Any attempt to add another software to the list prompts the application to give that error.

I'd suggest that you

1. Avoid adding another item to the list. Remove the software's you don't think important from the list. 

2.Update SUM to its latest version. 

3. Download another software that performs the same function as SUM.
