Hello,

I am ready to set up the latest version of Blackberry Desktop Software. When the installation process is in 75%, then the following error message occurs.

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is old available.

Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package Blackberry Desktop software.msi’ in the box below.

The 'Use source' is C:DOCUME~1adam.guyLOCALS~1TempWZSE0.TMP"

Please give a solution.

Dear User,

The latest software for Blackberry is in fact 7.1.0 and compatible with Windows XP. The reason you are getting the errors you are getting is because you are not upgrading to the latest version. Always upgrade to the latest version before connecting your device to your computer.

Hello Alisha,

There is some problem with this version of Blackberry app.

By the way, don’t worry. To solve this, at first you need a reliable registry cleaner utility to uninstall all the related registry files of Desktop Manager. Then you need to update your Desktop Manager.

Hope this will solve your problem. Otherwise, you need to get an update version of Blackberry app.
