As I was trying to start Microsoft Live Meeting session which I received from my email and launch it from Internet Explorer or any browser, I always received an error

I tried to re-download the link from my email for few times now, but the same error occurred.

How can I fix this issue?

Error loading C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedLiveMeeting SharedRtcRouter.dll.

The specified module could not be found.

Hello Louis,

To resolve that issue, the first option will be to download the patch from the following links. Make sure that you get the right patch and then install it and see if that will resolve the issue.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/946764

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Download-the-Microsoft-Office-Live-Meeting-Console-8a432d04-45ac-4762-8e7f-e715dcd0f167?CorrelationId=553df1d6-7906-4c39-8395-655cf81c47de&ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US&ocmsassetID=HA010173383

Otherwise, you will need to disable the "Do not save the encrypted pages to disk" option in your IE browser as follows:

  • First you will need to open Internet Explorer, and then click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
  • After that you will need to go to the Advanced tab, and then find the Security section.
  • After that click to clear the Do not save encrypted pages to disk check box.
  • And then click Apply, and then click OK.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Carl
