Hi,

I was using Opera with a Spanish Windows OS when I got the following error message.

I was actually installing a widget when this error happened, see below.

Please help on how I can resolve the problem. What should I do next?

Thank you in advance.

Maybe the widget you downloaded is not compatible with your current version of Opera. Try downloading the widget again and see if that error will appear again. If you still get the same error message, try downloading a different widget and see if it works. But if there seems to be no widget working on your browser, try uninstalling Opera then check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. When the disk check is finished, install Opera again and then try downloading another widget and see if it works now.

You may also try upgrading your current version of the browser to the latest version, Opera 11.62.
