Error Downloading Business Plan Pro UK Update

Hi,

 

When I attempt to download the latest update for Business Plan Pro 12 UK, I got the following error message. I already have the downloader utility then why I am getting this error? I want to update this version but I can’t do this because of this error message. Can I fix this issue? How to remove the error? Help me.

Hi Hailey,
The error is because the automatic updates is disabled on the system.
The solution to resolve this error is:
1) Click 'Start', Click 'Run', type 'services.msc', Click 'OK'

2) Double click on 'Background Intelligent Transfer Service'

Background-Intellect-Services-in-services-window

3) In the startup box, Click 'Manual', Click 'Apply'
4) In General tab, Click 'Start'
5) Double Click 'Event log' service
6) Set the Startup type to Automatic
7) If the Startup status lists Stopped, Click 'Start', Click 'OK'
8) Close the services window, restart the system
