How i can come to know that which kind of Hard disk is working in my computer & what is the specification of my hard disk & name of the manufacturer, moreover, how i can recover my hard's data if it got corrupt is there anyway to recover the data of a damage hard disk?
Once hard drive gets corrupted, you'll be having a hard time to recover data stored on it. If it gets damaged then all data stored will be wiped out. It is advisable to do partition or get back-up hard drive for storage.
