I was using DNA Master when my computer froze. So I restarted it and went back to DNA Master. What happens is that when I try to open a DNA Master file I get this error. Even when I also clicked the suggested button to take care of the error it wasn’t a help either. How do I fix this?

To fix that issue, you will need to click through all the error messages that have appeared in order to get rid of them.

Go to the right-most button at the top of the table that says “Download from FTP site”, and then click that button.

Once you do that, the program will dial out and update all the necessary files.

After that you will close the table.

And then under “Help” you will need to click “Update DNA Master”, and then let the program retrieve all the most recent updates.

After that close the program and then restart it.
