Devices which are required to store and execute (or run) the software are known as Hardware.  Or we can say that Hardware is the physical component of the system. Such as: BIOS, Motherboard, Printer, CPU, Video Display Unit or Monitor, Floppy Disk, modem, scanner, printer etc.

Hardware serve as the delivery system for software solutions. While Software is collection of instructions that enables a user to interact with the computer. In-fact software is a program that enables a computer to perform a certain specific task. Such as Operating system, Utility software, Quickbooks, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer , Microsoft Word , Microsoft Excel, Java etc. Software is generally not needed  for the hardware to perform its basic level tasks such as turning on and responding to input. But hardware is required to run software.

Hi! A computer can’t be able to work without a hardware or software both have to be there for a computer to run. Software means that its data that is stored electronically an example of this are programs that helps you to operate the computer example Microsoft office, antivirus and Adobe reader.

This is something that is untouchable while hardware is the devices that make the computer. This is touchable example mouse, hard disk and a keyboard

A Hardware is a physical device such as monitor, mouse, keyboard, PSU, memory, processor and video card. These are the devices that you can touch. While a software is a group of instructions and codes on your computer. These are programs that cannot be touch. Those hardware are the main components needed to build a computer.

A computer can run without software but it should have an operating system installed on it. You can run a computer without a hardware but it really depends on the hardware. If it's just the keyboard or the mouse, a computer can still be able to run.
