I am facing a decompression error. A pop window occurs and says something about the unknown decompression error. Did anybody face this issue before? I don’t know what to do now. Does anybody know how to resolve this? Need your assistance. Thanks

Hi there JohnJValentine,

The error says that your system is having troubles accessing, reading or using the file readme.txt.

Since this is only a readme file, you can simply click ignore as the quick workaround and everything should work even without that text file.

You can also open C:Facets and try manually opening the readme.txt file to see where is the problem. The file may be used by another program, so simple restart will solve the issue. Also, in case there is no readme file in the folder, just create one to remove the error.
