I lost the menu bar now I tried many ways to recover it but I am unable to do so. Some time it appears but a I remove the mouse from that it goes. Please anyone can guide me to get it back permanently. So it will make my easy.
Yes, it is very easy to get back your menu bar, press ALT or F10 on your keyboard to get the Menu Bar temporarily visible. If you want it to be permanently visible, go into View > Toolbars > Menu Bar, or right-press the Navigation Toolbar (the Refill button, e.g) and choice Menu Bar.
If this doesn't help, right-tick the navigation toolbar, first-rate Customize… and tick Restore Default Set. If this one doesn't appear right away, try insistent ALT or F10. You can go into View > Toolbars > Menu Bar to type it permanently visible, or right-tick the Triangulation Toolbar and select Menu Bar.
