Database files do not exist in selected directories

Hi Experts,

While creating an XSTATS I received an error message. It says, "Database files do not exist in selected directories". However, it goes away after clicking on OK. As it is an annoying error message, I need to get a remedy from this message. If you have any idea to solve it, please help.

Hi Jasika Jame,

Your problem detail is not so clear to answer fully. Whatever, you can try my suggestion. If you are using an online control panel then contact with the provider of the panel and if you are talking about any offline then try searching the missing file or install the used software again after uninstall.
