Request couldn’t be handled error on deleting email on local server

Hi guys,

While deleting an email from the local server I received an error message. It says, "An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn't be handled. The entire error report is listed below:

HIDE REPORT. COPY ERROR DETAILS TO CLIPBOARD".

I have no idea for the error. I need to get a remedy of this issue. Please help.

Request couldn’t be handled error on deleting email on local server

Hi,

The problem could have been brought about by, The email you are trying to delete does not exist, its already deleted but its file path is still stored in the memory. You can ensure any email you are trying to delete is there but not erased so as to complete the process.

While trying to delete the email, your connection to the server is interrupted thus the email cannot be accessed back. You can ensure when deleting the email you have an established connection to the server in order to access it.
