Creating a basic windows test for interview (BPO Industry)

I'm a hiring manager at a BPO firm and I'd like to administer a basic windows test for interview. I've never done it before, so I'd appreciate it if someone can point me in the right direction as to how they are done. Samples would be much appreciated.

There are plenty of ways you can perform a test for your future administrator. If you are into testing only the basics or specific areas, you can try one of the online services that offer full and reliable tests. One of those services is https://www.brainbench.com/.

 

If you are into a written test, here is the list of all basic questions for which one administrator should have the answers: Basic Windows Interview. You can also add some more questions that you feel are important for the job.
