Convert Word 2007 Doc To Pdf Doc

I need to send a write-up. Can I send a doc file or should I send a PDF file? How can I convert my document of Word 2007 to PDF format file?

You can send a doc file in protected mode so as to disable editing of your file. But it would be a better approach sending a PDF document.

To convert the Word doc, you need to perform the following steps-

• Open the Word 2007 document.

• Click File->Save As.

• Select .pdf from the drop down list of ‘Save as type’ field.

• It will create a new file of your document in a PDF format.
