Hello Taylor,

To resolve the error that you are getting, you will need to do the following:

You will need to finish the following procedure in order to check that the Web Interface XML configuration is set properly:

  • First you will need to open Citrix Web Interface Management.
  • And then you will choose XenApp Web Sites.
  • After that you will need to click Server Farms, and then click Edit.
  • You will need to make sure that the correct XML broker(s) are listed under server.
  • Also make sure that the correct XML port is entered in XML Service Port.

Regards,

Carl

The cause of this error is because the Session Reliability is enabled in the environment and it is unable to contact the ICA Listener, wherein the ICA Listener is not functioning well and needs to be recreated. To fix this, do the following:

1. Open the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) Terminal Services Configuration.

2. Right-click the "ICA-tcp listener".
3. Click Delete, and click "Yes".
4. Open the Action menu and click Create New Connection.
5. Click Next. Continue the wizard and configure the settings. When the window asking a name to the listener appears, type "ICA-tcp".
6. Click Next.
7. Click Finish.
8. Right-click "ICA-tcp listener" and click Properties.
9. Click the Permissions tab then add the local account "ctx_cpsvcuser".
10. Edit the advanced permissions then only select the "Query Information" and "Virtual Channels" check boxes.
11. Click OK then close the MMC.

This must restart the Print Spooler and Citrix Print Manager services. Check if the error is resolved.
