I have windows 7 installed and having a problem with free Nokia contact editor. It edits contacts, but when trying to save results, it just shut downs automatically. Does anybody know the cause of problem and how to rectify this? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Have you been able to use the application correctly since you installed it or you have been getting that issue since then? If you have been getting the issue since you installed the following could the reasons to your problem and the resolutions:

The application you use to install may have been corrupt, and therefore you will need to get another setup and use to install. First remove the Nokia Contact Editor that you have on your computer and then use CCleaner to clear all files related to it.

The problems might be also due to compatibility issues, therefore you will need to check and make sure that the Nokia Contact Editor is supported by the operating system you have.
