Troubles when installing Visual Studio 2011 Dev Preview

I had tried this several times now. But, I keep on getting the following error message both on web install and directly downloading the ISO image. Could you please let me know as to why this happens? Thanks in advance.

Are you installing the application in the root directory? Means that are you installing the application in the directory where the O S has been installed? If yes, then you must be getting the error due to access problems. And If no then you must un-install the product and then reinstall it on the system at the path as specified on the system drive.

Disable any antivirus installed in your system for a while until the installation completes. There must be some directory that is being specified and that is not found on your computer. And for access problems contact the administrator for the privileges.
