I am using windows XP, The Caps Lock of my keyboard is always flickering. So that I can not do anything for writing. I have already connected a USB keyboard but same thing appears here. Please anyone tell me the solution.

This error occurs when your keyboard settings are corrupted. You need to install the keyboard driver again. It may have been corrupted due to some virus or some other thing. Keyboard USB have been installed by you but it will not help you. You need to check that the appropriate driver has been installed or not.
Thus, it will be better that you format the windows XP. After formatting install all the drivers again. This will remove all the viruses and defects from your computer.
It is the best way to get rid of the error regarding the keyboard.

I suggest that you repair your operating system and will fix the problem without even deleting all of your files. Then make sure you scan your whole computer system. See if it will happen again in a few days.
If the problem happened again in just a few days or few turning on of your computer. Then I suggest that you reformat your computer now before it make anymore damage on your computer. You have to make sure to make a copy of all of your files that is very important to you.
Don't forget to install any anti virus software for your newly installed operating system to avoid anymore of this error.
