Hi,

My problem is about virus. All the time I feel that I'm at risk because for viruses. Virus may attack any time. It's a very bad thing. I hate this creation! It stops our work without any warning. That is so disgusting. When I browse the net, it does not leave me. It can attack when I open my email or other social account. What could I do as a preventive measure?

Thanks.

Aprit,

It’s not a worrying case but you just use some precautional methods to make you safe from viruses:

  1. First of all you should have a perfect Antivirus having internet security like AVG or any other.
  2. Regarding opening social sites will not provide any danger to you but opening links from unknown or before clicking on any link you should know that who is sending you the links or also never try to click on an unknown link in the inbox.
  3. Regarding Reading your mails use the same technique. Never open spam mails from someone you don’t know but you should check if it's spam as well, as sometimes known mails are also shifted there which are safe. And in reading mails there is no any probability of any virus but on opening mails from an unknown or opening links from an unknown sender has a high probability of virus.
  4. Never try to open the sites that have spam warning or is blocked due to other reasons.

So if you take these measures it can prevent you from internet virus.

It is possible to get a virus when opening email especially file attachments. Beware of file attachments since they came from any computer from a friend or someone else without notice that their computer has been infected and is carrying a virus through email.

That is why viruses quickly spread in no time infecting any computer system with no vulnerability. Also, have an Antivirus program and keep it updated to have an optimum sensitivity towards potential virus attacks. Also beware of entrusted sites on the internet.

Hint – If you have an internet connection, try visiting https://www.avast.com/en-in/index. This site is where you can download the Antivirus called Avast which is currently in version 6 or Avast.6. If you cannot enter this site or the browser would just simply say could not open or view page or any error messages upon opening avast.com then it is a sign that your computer has already a virus.
