How can we do work sharing of the calendar in Outlook 2003 to outlook 2007? We already tried it using the 2003 sharing permission but we are receiving an error. Can you help us how doing it?

To be able to share your calendar in outlook 2003 to outlook 2007, you will need to follow the procedure below:
You will need to open your calendar in outlook and then click on share my calendar which should be in the navigation pane. In the window that will open, you will need to click on the permissions tab, and from here you will choose the users that will have access to the network and the rights that each will have.
In case you will need to share with anyone, you will need to click on the default and then you will have to choose which permission level to allocate. Note that level has a level of rights that may be allowed so it up to you to choose.
Once you are done, you will click OK to save the changes.
