I found two cheapest and hopefully the best companies that offers unlimited hosting domains where you can build websites and servers in Asia.

 

Exabytes is a company in Malaysia that claims to be the leading web hosting company in the country.  Having read the reviews, the customers seem to be very happy with their services, stating that the company is very efficient, responds easily to queries and has 24/7 technical support.

 

Pricing starts from 20USD per year for a 20GB disk space.

 

Webcom Systems is located in India and provides quality but affordable web hosting, dedicated servers and VPS hosting.  It supports Linux and Windows Hosting and at the same time can do Reseller Hosting with 100G disk space.  

 

Linux Hosting price for unlimited domain is around 6USD per month.
