Hi experts,
I am trying to copy a song from my disk to iPod. I have the same errors with another songs and nothing seems to work. I stopped all the open processes thinking maybe I cannot copy while the song is playing. Can anyone help me to solve this error? What could cause this and is there a problem with my iPod?

Hello,
This error appears when you tried to process a purchase via iTunes. The solution to this issue is quite simple.
First of all, check that your iTunes is of the latest version. Download iTunes. After completing download, uninstall the old iTunes and install the latest one. Don’t forget to make a backup of your songs and other settings.
Secondly, check that your PC has got the latest driver for their machine. This might also be a trouble for improper driver installation and for older drivers also.
Thirdly, your PC must be kept clean from viruses and other malwares that might cause a great loss to you. Install any good antivirus software, for example, Norton, Kaspersky, Avira etc.
Another possibility for this issue is registry error. Download a good registry cleaner and run scan. I recommend CCleaner, Wise Registry Cleaner etc. These are really awesome.
