Application error seen after downloading Horizon

Hi friends,

Yesterday, I downloaded Horizon, which was successfully installed, but when I initiate the program, an application error occurs on my screen. The screenshot of the error is as follows:

HZNASM.EXE – APPLICATION ERROR:

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process ID=0x9c8 (2504). Thread ID=0x204 (516).

Click OK to terminate the application.

Click CANCEL to debug the application.

I am using OS windows XP and I have no antivirus installed. My firewall is switched off.

This program ran successfully only once, but after that, I am facing this problem.

I also tried reinstalling the program, but still of no use.

Kindly help me please in resolving the problem. I'll be really thankful.

Re download the entire Horizon from a well authenticated site. Then install those with the necessary prerequisites like disabling firewall, disabling anti virus and having a diamond membership. Then make sure you have .Net Framework 3.5 or higher is installed in your PC.

Before doing these things restore back your computer to earlier condition where Horizon is not installed and try. Even then it comes just reply back to this. We need to investigate more on this. But to view your game score you require a diamond membership card which is must. Make sure you have latest version of .net framework 3.5 and then install it.
