I was not able to perform a scan using HP scanner due to an error that occurred. I managed to get a screenshot with further details. Please see image and advice me appropriately.

Whenever a scan or print fails, restart your computer, scanner and wireless router or internet device. This should be your first step towards trouble shooting. If the problem persists then go to solution 2.

Solution Two: Scan from Control panel
Follow these steps:

Open the lid and load your original document

On the product control panel, press “scan”.

“Choose a scan destination” screen displays.

Press “computer” and choose your computer name and then press “Scan”.
