While using the Netflix app on my Android device, it suddenly stopped working and displayed the Netflix error code 12001. Provide me the solution to rectify this problem.
Android Device Netflix Error Code 12001: Content Not Accessible
This error occurs when device needs to refresh the app to update the information. It happens mostly in Android and nook. To reload the app:
- In the ‘Settings,’ select ‘Device Info.’
- Then click on ‘Erase and Deregister device.’ Again click on the same.
- Then select ‘Reset NOOK’ and reboot it.
- After download, run the app again.
To clear the cache in Netflix app:
- In the ‘Settings’ click ‘Apps’ and see the list of installed apps.
- Move down and select the ‘Netflix’ app. And click on ‘Clear Data.’
- After that click on ‘Clear Cache.’
- Lastly, reboot the device.
