I got an ActionScript time-out error “A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player to run slowly”.

it continues to run your computer may become unresponsive.

This is most probably because loading a movie or image on Adobe has a default time limit of 15 seconds.
Anyway, how can I speed up this loading process?
I’m afraid it might freeze my screen.

You can isolate the problem even further, try starting the program in Safe mode check if it starts without problem. You can also disable RealPlayer browser Plug in, and disable hardware acceleration on your Flash Plugin. You can also use a built in debugger, you can use a Flash Debugger it checks the code for you and from what structure the error came from.
