An access violation error in WIN 7 happens when an application tries to use a specific RAM amount of your PC that was in use for another program. That's the simplest explanation about the error and this error happens due to a system crash. This error may common to any program that; in your case it's a crash in Skype application. This is a protection step within your computer more than an error message. You can fix the error by following the below instructions.

1. Try to download the latest updates for WIN 7 OS and install them.

2. Run a complete system scan from your Anti-virus program or use Windows Defender in order to clean the malware within your system if any.

3. If you receive the errors only with the Skype setup try installing a patch or update the program.
