What is this Windows DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error in Windows 7?

I got this error while working on my Windows XP computer. 

For all I know, Windows XP automatically overwrites events that are less than 7 days old from the event log.

So I really don’t know why I am receiving this error.

I don’t know how to fix this, so if anyone here who can help me out, any suggestions will be appreciated.

I am running Windows XP Professional 32-Bit.

What is this?

It means that no program will run except my program beside this task bar, desktop windows key of keyboard, Alt + tab, and Alt + ctrl + del will also not perform.

Once I setup Windows XP in my computer then I start working with troubleshooting  of networking for this reason my computer ask the password in starting and show me the shutdown button but there is no restart and standby button in the menu.

Recovering from this problem I am trying to install Windows XP again but it is failed everything. 

In this point what should I do?

I install WampServer in my system. First I install this server at Window Vista then it is working properly but after some time due to some requirements I remove window Vista from my system and install window XP after installing window XP then I install again Wamp Server in my system then given error appear. Please tell me why this is working properly at vista and giving error at Window XP.

How can I run Ubuntu from windows XP operating system?

Ubuntu is one of the most popular operating system of Linux but most of the people are afraid about the Linux System. But Linux can be popular when people are favorable with it and I think Ubuntu is the easiest operating system of Linux.

If there is any system to run Ubuntu by Windows XP the general people (basically the third word people) can use Ubuntu as their operating system. So please explain whether it is possible or not. If possible what is the process?

Last night I slept without turning off the monitor. I am using windows XP. When I restarted my machine this morning, I noticed that the screen is pixilated.

I tried to change the Color Quality in the Display Properties Settings in Control Panel, but it didn’t help. What else do I need to try?
