How can I run Ubuntu from windows XP operating system?

Ubuntu is one of the most popular operating system of Linux but most of the people are afraid about the Linux System. But Linux can be popular when people are favorable with it and I think Ubuntu is the easiest operating system of Linux.

If there is any system to run Ubuntu by Windows XP the general people (basically the third word people) can use Ubuntu as their operating system. So please explain whether it is possible or not. If possible what is the process?

This is the windows installer for Ubuntu desktop. You can easily install Ubuntu directly from your Windows.

Complete the installation of Ubuntu. It will ask you to restart your computer. Then on the boot menu choose Ubuntu and you are good to go!

Enjoy Ubuntu!

Hi

The answer is NO.  Windows XP can not handle any Operating System or what so ever. You have to Install the Ubuntu to your BIOS and have multiple OS. The only OS can ever do this is the Windows 8 using the Hyper V. It is really a good tool for programming and Networking.

And YES, Ubuntu or any Linux/Unix OS is great. It isn't popular but everybody is using it without knowing it. Even Microsoft and Apple use Linux.

I hope I helped you with my answer.
