What is the keyboard short cut to shut down?

My laptop is displaying Error text "InCDgui.dll". And a blue screen appear.

It is continue from many days but I cannot solve it.

I have tried to find on the Internet but cannot get proper results please help me to recover this problem.

I want to enable my PC's Hibernate option.

How can I do that?

I don't know how to activate windows 7.

I made password reset disk on windows 7. Will it work on windows xp?

Hi Experts,

I have been experiencing and getting dump error on my Windows 7. 

Then, I tried debugging the error.  Fortunately, found a website on how to do so but again I encountered another error, a permission error, see the error message below.

It said about changing the permission however, it didn’t say how to do so. 

I hope experts from this site will tell me, please!  I have been annoyed with this problem much too long.

I have home PC and i want to do it full because i am doing very secure work of my company and some competitors want to access our system without our permission and i am feeling risk i want to do it full secure. Can anyone tell me which window is much suitable which software also tell me all methods by using that i can do full secure my system. Only professional person give its answer how have done work in large organization and have strong local and global network knowledge. because your answer can save us and if you give low quality answer then it can create lot of problem for us and we can waste lot of money so i again say only professional and expert person give its answer.
