I need some clarification on Microsoft’s client access licenses. We have a Windows 2003 server and chose the per-seat licensing of 50.

Do we also need to have 50 Client Access Licenses (CALs)? In addition, for Exchange 2003, do we need to acquire both Exchange CALs and Outlook CALs and will having Exchange CALs suffice?

I am using Windows XP as my OS, and it is attacked by a virus and the result was only a green screen appears.

I have executed ‘Spybot’ more than two times and it had deleted lots of files.

But, I am not able to connect the internet and there is no way to get updates. I have to reboot the system in safe mode, but it is not allowed to scan the computer.

Also, it gives an error message which says that ‘ntfs.sys file is missing from the ‘drivers’ folder under ‘system32’.

I have run the Windows Repair by using the installation CD.

I have copied ntfs.sys file from another system. But, both actions could not able to solve the problem.

Please help me to solve this problem.

I am using Windows XP Pro computer. I am facing a problem with that sometimes I am getting an error message. The error message is like that ‘Fatal System error. The Windows Login stopped working.’ Then it is to be restarted by pressing the reset button. Please help me to fix this issue.

I am facing problem with the internet connectivity in Windows XP computer with the LAN line.

I have searched in lot of forums to get help, but nothing found.

I am getting an error message ‘the dependency service is not available.

It shows the error code 1075.’ I have done something with the Windows installer CD, but there was no change in the result.

I have also executed the system restore and checked with the safe mode.

But, there was no use with both of the actions.

Please help me to get rid of the problem.

When I am attempting to install MSE on the computer, an error message has come. I have tried to fix by repair kits and re-installed .Net, but there was no change in the result. I have also attempted with another Anti Virus. But the same message displays again. The computer uses the Windows 7 as operating system.

There is no internet connection and never connected this computer to internet.

I have reinstalled Windows Pro XP. But, there is no sound in Media Player.

When I am attempting to play a song from the playlist, an error shows ‘The file cannot be played’.

It displays that some problem with sound controller or sound card.
