I used TCPview and found out that Windows explorer.exe always maintains a constant link to wns.windows.com. I have tried deleting these links but they are restored almost immediately. I have disabled the store but it doesn’t help. Anyone with an idea on how to get rid of them completely? 

Windows 7 is older than Windows 8 but there are many people who still use it. Some say that Windows 8 is better while some of them Support Windows 7. Which is the best among the above mentioned two? What are the features that makes one better than the other? Which is the best solution for a teachers and learners?

My computer is losing its functionality at an alarming rate. Well, my computer is not old yet some parts just stop working suddenly. A few days ago, the Windows button stopped and just the other day, I could not open pearls. Two days later, I could not access PC settings. When I open cmd as admin, I am not given access to UAC since it regards me as a normal user. I have Norton antivirus that is paid and a Windows 8 OS that I bought. At present, I cannot uninstall any app from my computer. What is wrong with it? Could this be a problem with Windows or Norton? Assuming it is a virus, is there a way to get rid of it and save my files? 

I own a Toshiba PC that has Windows 7 installed. Just the other day, it started flashing the screen blue whenever I try to boot and eventually it does not boot. I thought the problem was temporary and attempted to restart it severally but I am not able to solve it. I have removed the battery and tried booting while connected to power and still no solution.  Could it be a virus? Or is it a hardware issue? How can I retrieve my files?

I have updated my Windows 7 operating system few days ago on my laptop but I'm having a lot of issues like the CPU usage is high for no reason and RAM is also used highly. It is all because of updates because the laptop was fine before applying any updates. What can be done to remove Windows updates?

I'm currently on Windows 7 and I have installed it on my PC just yesterday. Today morning, I got some updates from Microsoft so I granted the permission to download them. After the download, the system suggested me to restart my PC and after the boot, a screen came and it said applying Windows updates. Later on,  6 of 47. At this very moment, my PC freezes. What should I do next?

Why my CPU usage is so high. Due to that reason my computer become so slow. And even opening an application take to much time. Even when I start my computer it take too much time. I have deleted all the unnecessary application but the problem is not solved.

I am using Window 7 and is there any way to solve the problem. While using my system normally and doing the routine work suddenly an error comes in Blue Color to the whole screen “IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL” and the system stopped working and then nothing happen until I force turn off the system and turn it on again. This error comes in suddenly some time it comes after 2 hours and some time it comes after 5 to 6 hours. I do not what is causing that problem to occur.

Why is my computer so slow all of a sudden. Before everything was opened quickly and the computer starts up quickly. But now even if I click on the start menu it take a lot of time to open it and also it take time to refresh the system. It was in my normal use, but all of a sudden this happen. Please help me to get rid of this problem.

 I have a HP laptop with Windows 8.1 and, I cannot control the font sizes when I use Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and internet browsers like Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. What happens is the font sizes get bigger or smaller  when I scroll up or down or left and right. Is this a Windows 8.1 issue? How can I freeze the font sizes manually on these programs?
