It’s been three weeks since I followed a McAfee recommendation to reboot so that it can remove the Trojans it detected. It keeps requesting a reboot because it always detects the Trojans named “Zero Access” and 2 versions of Generic, one of which is named Generic.dx!b2qj.  

I thought this was caused by Adobe software that I illegally downloaded so I restored my computer to a date before that download.  The reboot requests stopped but so did McAfee firewall and Windows Security Center. My McAfee Firewall is off yet the settings appear to be okay.

I feel I get something malicious which is lurking my Computer. Last two days my system responded very slowly, where the mouse was also slow to update, in both off and on the internet. When I turned off the router, then the PC was in offline and only that time this slowness stopped. 

Today I ran Malware bytes Anti Malware and it found as well as quarantined twelve objects. After that I ran my antivirus which turned up clear. But still the intermittent slowness was there and I also ran the Malware bytes again.

In here I added a Hijack. This log file. I want a solution. Please help me. Thanks a lot.

Please help me. I had installed security internet security 2011 in my Pc but I have noticed that 2012 is out.

Then I uninstalled kaspersky 2011 by kaspersky official uninstaller. However kaspersky now gives me an error message saying that I have not enough access to the windows registry key: Winlogon/Notify/klogon’

Then I created an error message report with avptool2010 and also mail it to 911kaspersky.

I have notified to set a script so that it can fix the issue, it told me to reboot the Pc but no solution was made.
