I am trying to install Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 on my server, running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 release 2, with updated Windows / patches / upgrades.   It has a 4 GB RAM and Symantec Endpoint solution implemented.

When the installation proceeds, it pop-ups an error and the installer quits.

The error states:

Installer Information

Cannot Load XPC ConfigSupport.dll

I even did clean installation two times, just to get an idea of the cause of the problem but the problem recurs. The Installation CD is okay, as it has been used during a successful installation before.

My university PC's use deep freeze software in their desktop screen. I only know that about deep freeze software, it deleted all information when you restart your PC, then you cannot seen your previous information in desktop screen. Actually if i setup this software in my PC, will it deleted my c drive information? That's my problem. I want to know clear about deep freeze software.

Is there a video converter that lets you set the output video by its file size? 

For example, I want the converted video to be a 150 MB file, 700 MB file, etc. If there is none, is there a way, guides or manuals maybe, of getting the desired file size of your converted video?
