Software Others
Hello, TechyV!
I recently had my OS upgraded to Windows 7 Professional, and at first everything worked fine. But then after some time I began getting error 0x8007000D. I called up the person who installed it and he suggested I put in the product key. He gave me a copy of the key but the error keeps popping back. Is there any way I can verify the product key without seeing the sticker itself?
Please help, thanks.

Hi TechyV!
I am moving my files and programs from my laptop to a secondhand desktop unit that I have recently acquired.
When I tried running the Sitefinity 3.6 installation this message came up.
I have followed the same steps I have done when I installed this on my laptop.
My laptop and the desktop both run on Windows Vista Home Basic and I have not bothered to reformat everything on the desktop.
I don't know what's causing the error when I try it on the desktop, as I have had no trouble when I installed it on my laptop.
If you have any ideas or suggestions it will help greatly.
Thanks.

I have a little problem with routing in FL Studio 9.
lets say i have 7 mixer channels, each filled with different samples. Now i want to connect all these 7 channels to a one new empty channel so that all the effects, samples in these 7 channels will be heard in that new empty channel.
It would be a lot easier to control drums that way but i don't know how to do it.
Is this even possible with FL? i have watched some tutorials about routing but i didn't really get what i wanted

While researching a job to work from home, the company I was contacting stated that I needed to download their software to use for the work.
When I started the download, my Norton Antivirus gave me a message stating that the software was new and there may be damage to my computer.
Norton did not find a virus, but it stated that there were fewer than 5 Norton users, the software was less than a week old, and that Norton needed further information before they would guarantee that it was safe.
The company stated that this is a new software that they are using and it is safe.
The job is a very good opportunity, but I'm nervous about this download.

Usually, large software products are tested at three different level like unit testing.integration testing, and system testiong.
Why not do a single thorough testing of the system after the system is developed?
for instance, detect all the defects in the product during system testing?

Linux users would like to run large background jobs that use most of the memory of machine but at low priority,so that they don't interfere with higher priority processes that run the user interface code. But in beta testing, this does not seems to work, no matter how long the priority of the background processes. The user interface become unusable and sluggish and remain so. How can this problem can be fixed?

Techyv,
I’m using Windows NT as the guest operating system. It is fully supported by VMware Convertor 3.
However, when I’m trying to do a hot clone a Windows Physical machine the import fails with the above error message.
The source machine is using Windows Software mirroring. There is a workaround to break the software mirror before running the conversation. I do not know how to do this.
Please help.
Error: Unable to determine Guest Operating System

Hi,
I’m trying to install proReplicator on Replica computer. My host OS is Windows 2003 Server X64. In the replication set screen, I selected VMWare Machines and then clicked ‘OK’ button. It showed the Guest OS 1 and also Guest OS2. I gave the target directory properly for both the Guest OS. However, I’m unable to complete it and it ended up with the above error.
Please help me.
Error:
“Replication for a virtual machine requires a proReplicator agent running on the virtual machine.”
Thanks for your help,
Kaya
