Our small organization handles important data from 23 computers. Now, we are currently using CAD for all of those computers through LAN. We know that 23 computers are too many to be handled. Thus we decided to look for a solution that can centralize our important data. At the same time, we also like to have an additional feature to our communication server.

We would like to have an automatic back up on our incoming and outgoing emails for documentation purposes. Kindly give us your best opinions on what to do or what software to have considering our requirements.   

I used two email accounts in my Outlook. I am no longer using both emails and I have set up a new POP 3 email account. It is working with the composition of new mails. But when I click a hyperlink to mail it, it composes from my old email ids.  I have checked and confirmed that both old ids are already removed. I don’t know what is happening. Any help please?

It really bothers me a lot when an Incredimail is installed to my computer. What makes me alarm on this thing is that, it installed itself without my permission. I’m afraid that it might affect other programs on my computer so I uninstalled it. The first time I’ve done it was a success. But it happened again. This time, it was installed to my Firefox browser as a tool bar. The most shocking of this is that, it doesn’t have uninstall or remove button. Can anyone tell me, what am I suppose to do on this?

My photos were stored in my Nikon camera. I have approximately 40 photos on it. Then I decided to transferred them to my email inbox. But the problem is couldn’t view them all at the same time.

So I decided to select them one by one. Those chosen pictures will be saved to a folder. And through that folder, I’ll view those photos in their thumbnail sizes. But I don’t really know how to do that. What should I do?

I want to delegate admin to somebody and whenever an email is sent on my behalf, it would be nice to get an email alert. I have searched the rule setting but the ‘on behalf of’ is not shown. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Please help me with my startup problem. The problem is, when I turn on my computer the screen turns black. It just display MSI or board details, but it does not reach to the Operating System. A black screen will appear with a flashing cursor on the upper left corner of the screen. I already did some troubleshooting on this problem.

I already tried getting into BIOS but unfortunately it didn’t work. I already unplugged some unnecessary external devices but still don't work. I also asked some advices through online questions.

The defragmentation done with the auto parameters.
Some clusters showing bad and it is arranged in the middle of the drive.
is something bad happened?

I am not allowed to send an attachment from programs such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, Adobe Acrobat etc. An error message is displayed which says that there is some problem with MAPI 1.0. To resolve this, I tried office repair, recreated all profiles and reinstalled the Office. The problem just remains. Can anyone help me on this please?
