Can anyone help me out on this?

It has been said that Arc Soft Photo Impression is a Design and Photography editing software with GUI that spontaneously presents creative templates for easy access and usability. It has improved features similar to the application of GIMP or Irfan View.

However, once I installed the Arc Soft Photo Impression 5.1.0.96 in Presario CQ 42 OS Windows 7 Ultimate, its DVD/CD-Rom Drive was automatically not recognized. Could have been a coincidence, but it was again installed in an Acer Laptop, same thing happened.

I am facing an error in Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended as I am trying to customize the image quality and while doing some filtering.

The error is stating “Owl Orphanage – photoshop.exe Entry Point Not found.” When using Photoshop CS3 Extended, everything is working well. But going back to my dilemma, the error just keeps appearing.

Please send some help. Thank you guys.

I have set up Adobe Photoshop CS5 Quality. As I attempt to get started In Layout CS5, I received this error: "Configuration error. Please uninstall and reinstall the product. Error: 5” I tried to uninstall and reinstall CS5 Quality but I could not make it work. I tried calling for Adobe technical support but their ideas are not so helpful. If anyone has the same experience, how can I fix this?

I am receiving an error message while trying to create a DVD burnable file using AVS Video Editor. The error message is “Access violation at address 005B07B0 in Module AVSVideoEditor.exe Read of Address 0000000”. I never had any issues before though I have not used the toll for the last one year. Please help me resolve it.

The error message “Can't load project. It can be missing or corrupted” is displayed when I try to load an .avi file that I have created and saved using my AVS Video Editor 5.2. Last time, I clicked the “Produce” button to save it but its not opening. What can be done to open the file without any errors?

I got a message while importing a .mov file to Adobe Premiere Pro CS4.

The error message is 'Codec missing or unavailable'.

How can I import the file or where can I get the required codec.

I am receiving the following error message while trying to access After Effects CS4 after reinstalling Windows Vista on my computer: "After Effects error: can’t get Unicode file." If I click OK, I am able to use the program but when I try to watch a tutorial online, I get the error: "After Effects error: failed to parse transmap file." Then, if I want to quit the program, I have to use the Task Manager. Its working fine on another computer. Please help me fix it.

I am using PC with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and 8GB RAM. When I am importing a PDF file with 2 hatches which contains simple architectural drawing, it is not getting done. Other PDF files which have made with PDF995 are making no problems. Those files are simple small hatches and files with 11×17 with short details. The drawings are made with the ‘TurboCAD’ and created PDF. I am not in a position to check with other software. It keeps crashing when I draw x5 after the dialogue box for text options and when I am clicking on OK for substituting the font it will stop working. But after removing the hatch before creating the PDF, all are working properly. Please help me to get out of this problem. Thanks in advance.

I have dragged a group of image references from the web to Paint Shop Pro 8. But the application got frozen before I save the pictures to a file. Even though the pictures are there in the screen, it is not accessible. And also, if I successfully save the picture files, where can I access those and save it as another file? When I first save the pictures before, I could not access it anywhere on my PC. I have searched for all .jpg and PSP files in all drives, but I was unsuccessful to locate the files. Can someone please help me?
